1. You answer simple questions

The engine asks one question at a time, in everyday language. For most titles, you can read each question on screen, hear it spoken, or have an AI avatar walk you through it. Switch between these options at any point.
 

2. Every question is explained

Each question has a short hint. If you want more, select TELL ME MORE for a fuller explanation of why we’re asking and how the answer is used. These explanations are educational, not legal advice.
 

3. The interview adapts to you

The engine shows only the questions that apply to your situation or state. Each answer determines what comes next, so you never wade through sections that don’t concern you.
 

4. Your answers build the document

Behind the scenes, each answer is matched to the exact place it belongs in the legal document, be it government required forms, official court forms, or letter style layouts. The document format is preserved exactly, and your answers fill the correct fields, so nothing is retyped or misplaced.
 

5. Attorney-vetted content

The questions and document language are built on attorney-reviewed content and frequently checked against state and federal requirements. We update titles whenever the underlying law changes.
 

6. You review, save, and finish on your time and terms

Before anything is final, you can see your completed document on screen to check every answer and make corrections.

Your progress is saved to your own personal account, so you can leave and return to the questionnaire whenever it suits you. You can come back later to finish, or make future edits after weeks, months or years.

Once you’re satisfied, the engine outputs your document as a professionally formatted PDF that you can download, email, or print. You can generate these PDFs as often as you wish, including after any edits you make.

Your purchase and access to the Engine are seamless. Buying a title automatically generates a personal Access Code used to enter the app and launch your interview. A small number of key details are locked during the start of interview process, to keep the Access Code you purchased from being reused. If one of those locked answers needs to change, a new code is required.
 

7. Your information is protected and your documents stay current

Your personal Access Code controls entry to your interview, and your account is protected with two-factor login.

Sensitive details like Social Security numbers are encrypted before they are stored. Our servers are hardened with restricted permissions, and your information is used only to prepare your document.

Laws change, so we monitor state and federal statutes that affect our documents. When a change is detected, the affected title is reviewed and updated. If the change in law affects a past answer, you are notified at login to respond to those questions again.

The questions are built so that approved AI assistants can discover and use our services directly in a structured, secure way. Each question carries a plain statement of why it’s asked, and where applicable, cites the specific law that requires it. That makes the future-proofed Q&A open to agents and people.
